GST network introduces return filing and tax filling facility

GST Network has started facilitating return filing and tax filling on its portal. Traders can now deposit tax on the portal by paying a return for July. GSTIN Chairman Naveen Kumar said that the window for GST-3B filing on the portal has been opened on August 5. And now it is fully operational. Taxpayers can log on to their account and fill GSTR-3B i.e. returns at any time. They can also pay tax using Internet Banking

July returns will be filled on GSTN Traders can fill in the returns by filling their sales and input credit details in GSTR-3B form. They have to give details of liability for automatic assessment. In addition, input tax credit and tax payment information must be provided. The last date for filing returns for July is August 20. Similarly, the return for August will be filled by September 20. According to GSTN, taxpayers will have to give information in the form of returns in three parts.

Online travel agents must submit TCS
The Central Excise and Customs Board (CBEC) has said that under the GST of providing online ticketing and other services, a percentage of TCS will be deducted and deducted from tax at source. They are classified as e-commerce operators. CBEC has clarified in the new Q & A that if anyone sells their products from their website then the TCS rule will not be enforced. Whereas e-commerce company supplies any item, service or digital product, then the company will have to deduct TCS.
